Cooking Guidance:
Remove all packaging. Pre heat the oven to 180c. Place the saddle into an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Cook for 3 hours & 10 minutes removing the foil for the last 20 minutes of cooking. Please ensure that the centre of the bird reaches 72c before serving. Rest for at least 30 minutes before carving.
