Luxury Stuffed Turkey Breast
Succulent turkey breast filled with Cranstons Cumberland and caramelised onion sausagemeat wrapped in streaky bacon.
Order a whole breast joint 2-2.6 Kg or a half breast joint 1-1.5 Kg.

Cooking guidance: Remove outer packaging leaving the net intact. Pre-heat the oven to 180c. Place the breast joint into a oven safe dish, & cover with foil. Approximate cooking time is 30 minutes per 550g. Remove the foil after an hour of cooking and baste with the juices. Cook uncovered until the juices run clear & after cooking rest the joint for 10 minutes. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked.
