Cooking Guidance:
Pierce the film and cook on the middle shelf of the oven.
To cook from frozen: Pre heat the oven to 160c then cook for 80 minutes. Remove the film and cook for a further 20 minutes.
To cook from defrosted: Pre heat the  oven to 165c then cook for 50 minutes. Remove the film and increase the oven temperature to 180c, cook for a further 15 minutes
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
